pcb board project

I am looking for a skilled PCB board designer to create a board for my project. The board size needed is 5 x 3. The desired thickness is 1.6mm. The board will contain 2 diodes, 2 power regulator. 1 regulator for radio board, and 1 regulator for esp32 board and some holes. The ideal candidate will have experience with both SMD and through-hole components. The final design should be efficient and reliable, with all components properly placed and connected. In resume, board will have on 1 esp32 and 1 radio board both need regulator and power protection cause this is to be connected to external battery 12v with 60 amperes.
