I need an existing schematic/pcb converted to a different board shape.

This project is a small form factor BLDC Electronic Speed Controller with field oriented capabilities. I have the new defined board size in fusion360 (.fbrd) and all supporting electronic files for the ESC that its based off of. Everything is open source and easy to find support for. I am not experienced enough to complete the layout confidently as this is my first project using High Current and logic level nets. Any help is appreciate.
