I need a PCB designer to create Gerber files and give some advice

Hi, We have a simple circuit with LM3914, Should become Battery Level Indicator for Lifepo4 Battery 12v8. Also need some advice with another design we want to modify. For the Battery Level we want to use 3mm Led. This will be used in a small Solar System in Remote Areas
