I need a PCB Layout design

Hi,
I'm looking for someone that can design a PCB for me, here is what it needs to do.
What I need is a pcb that has 3 individual + an - inputs of up to 20v dc
The 3 inputs are individual 18-20v lithium batteries.
The 3 inputs will need to have there own replaceable 10Amp fuses.
I need the 3 inputs to have their own low voltage cut off to save the batteries when going flat. The cut off voltage will be 12.4v.
They all need to be independent because it may only have 1 or 2 batteries connected at the time.
Maximum load 10amps dc
The low voltage cut-off needs to be Automatic reset once that battery has been removed from the product.
The output need to be a single output
Out of the output I need a step down buck converter
The 18-20v batteries need to be stepped down to 14.4v dc and handle up to 10amps.
So in short
3 x 20v inputs
3 x 10amp replaceable fuses
3 x automatic reset once battery is disconnected low voltage cut off set at 12.4v
All 3 independant of each other for having 1-3 batteries connected
1 x Output
Output goes to a step down buck converter, converting the input 18-20v down to 14.4v
Maximum Output load will be 10amp
