i need a PCB Designer Expert to solving and add perfect programming to my machine

I am looking for an experienced PCB designer who can solve the current issues with my machine and add perfect programming to it. The purpose of this PCB design is for industrial automation. I prefer working with an Arduino platform, and the key feature I require is motor control. The ideal candidate for this job should have experience in PCB design, motor control, and programming with Arduino. Additionally, expertise in troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are highly valued.
