make some changes to an existing layout in Altium Designer

I have a project done with Altium.
The board is working but it needs some changes,
I already made the changes in the schematic. I just need the layout to be updated and verified.
There are about 20 netlist changes, none of them require the movement of parts of creating new ones.
I need the updated PCB layout file and Gerbers for production.
