2-4-layer UL complaint PCB Design
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a freelancer who can help me with a PCB design project. The details of the project are as follows:
Number of layers: Upto 4 layers
- The PCB design should be compliant with UL standards.
Purpose of the PCB: Both power distribution and signal processing
- The PCB will be used for power distribution as well as signal processing tasks.
Schematic diagram: Both, I have one but modifications are needed
- I have a schematic diagram that needs some modifications. The freelancer should be able to make the necessary changes to the existing diagram.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong knowledge and experience in PCB design, 4-layer designs.
- Familiarity with UL compliance requirements for PCBs.
- Proficiency in schematic diagram creation and modification.
- Ability to understand and implement power distribution and signal processing requirements in the PCB design.
- PCB would involve 110/220V to 6V 3A circuit (will need to use open source schematic), an arduino mega, esp-32, temperature sensor circuit, 2 weight sensors (HX711), 6 stepper motor controllers, 5 PWM controllers via optocouplers, LED driver IC (TM1628), 2 LED displays (one 4 segment and other TBD), 3 DC servo motors, 5 DC 5V motors, 3 12V brushless DC fans and probably 2 separate grounds, esp-32 connection along with sd card interfacing.
- We have schematic in kicad for almost all of it, may need additions for improving safety.
