We require an experienced electronics engineer to design a custom PCB using EasyEDA Pro. The PCB must manage the charging of an 11.1V lithium-ion battery pack (3S configuration) using the Texas Instruments BQ24650 battery charging controller IC.

**Key Requirements:**
- Use TI BQ24650 IC as the central battery charger controller.
- Automatic switching capability between battery power and external input power sources.
- PCB must accommodate variable input voltages from different external power sources, including:
- AC/DC adapter (approx. 12.3V)
- Car cigarette lighter adapter (~12-14.4V typical automotive voltage range)
- Include necessary protection circuits (e.g., overvoltage, undervoltage, reverse polarity protection).
- Built-in functionality to seamlessly switch from external power to battery power without interruption.
- Designed to optimize battery lifespan and safety during charging cycles.
- Compact and efficient PCB layout.

**Deliverables:**
- Complete schematic and PCB design files in EasyEDA Pro format.
- Bill of Materials (BOM) with specific component recommendations.
