Industrial Wheelchair Dual DC Motor Control
I am looking for a freelancer who can design and implement a programmable control system for an industrial wheelchair. The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:
- Programming control systems for wheelchairs
- Familiarity with dual DC motor control
- Knowledge of industrial wheelchair design and functionality
Requirements:
1. Programmable Control System
- The wheelchair should be able to operate using a programmable control system controlled by joystick
- This will allow for customization and fine-tuning of the wheelchair's performance.
- it should be close loop system sensing the back EMF to manipulate the speed verse the torque and also sensing the maximum current to do chopping PWM as necessary
2- CONTROLER AND FEATURES :
- USING STM or ATMEL controller
- the mechanical body of the wheelchair already made and wghit almost 55kg .
- it consist of tow battery each 12 volt connected in series.
- dual dc motor each 24 volt with maximum current of 7A
- THE SPEED OF THE MOTOR IS 3000 rpm and has a gear ratio of 1:10
- each dc motor contain electrical brake system .
3. Reverse Mode
- The wheelchair should have a reverse mode.
- This will enable easy maneuvering in tight spaces.
4- provided parts :
- the mechanical part of the wheelchair already made
- dc motor already available with the electric brake system
requirement :
- designing the controller circuit to control the movement of the wheelchair in smooth and robots manner.
-the wheelchair will move according to the command of the joystick.
- expert in MATLAB , close loop system, programing control only advice to handle such project.
- the candidate will get more information in detail and will sign on agreement contract regarding of the requirement need to be achieved in detail .
