I have the layout I want, I just cant get the .sch file to work

I have my mechanical keyboard, and what I want it to look like, and have the wiring worked out, just cant get the KiCad stuff figured out. Would love some help, and if i can get it made, or just shipped to me willing to pay!!! Upload the .json file to https://builder.mrkeebs.com/ to see what it should look like and do! Thanks a ton!
