fix simple easyeda schematic and create pcb for the schematic

I am looking for someone to help fix an issue with my simple schematic in EasyEDA and create a PCB for it. After careful inspection, I have identified incorrect connections in the schematic and I am open to suggestions on the PCB design. This project is for a personal project.
