convert film/picture 1 layer pcb to Altium or equivalent

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can convert a 1 layer PCB from a PDF file format to Altium or a similar software. The project involves some minor modifications to the PCB design. The ideal candidate should have experience in PCB design and be proficient in Altium or a similar software. The deadline for this conversion is within a week. Schematics of part will be provided along with part numbers, some substition may be required.
