4 channel PCB board design

For a super simple project, I need a small single sided PCB. Attached is a hand written schematic, that needs to be drawn, and from which a PCB layout needs to be made. Two basic 3D models need to be looked up and added. Both schematic and layout MUST be natively drawn in ALTIUM or CIRCUITSTUDIO, and please advise both application and version you will be using while bidding (or your bid will disqualified). Converted files from other packages will not be accepted.
PCB outline is defined, and is provided as picture attached and as DXF for board outline definition.
