CM4 base board design

I'm looking for a proficient electronics designer who can deliver a complete design (circuit + PCB layout) according to my requirements and with emphasis on manufacturability.

- Circuit Design: You should be experienced in circuit design and be capable of transferring these into a PCB layout.

- PCB Layout: This project involves working with a double-sided PCB, so familiarity with designing for this complexity is required.

The board required is a baseboard to carry a Raspberry Pi CM4 compute module.

The board must have:
2x 1Gbps Ethernet Ports (1x direct and 1x USB 3.0 to ethernet)
onboard RTC using CR1220 battery
wide input voltage 7-36V DC (via pluggable terminal block)
PCB socket header for flashing eMMC
industrial temperature range (−40 °C to 85 °C)
PWR LED
SYS/ACT LED
3x user LEDs

Board must not have any:
display ports or HDMI
USB ports
SD card slot
buttons or switches
jumpers

It is envisioned that the process will include three virtual meetings:
Kick-off meeting to align on requirements.
Circuit design review.
PCB layout review.

Deliverables will include circuit and PCB design files in Altium format, gerber files ready for manufacturing and a document outlining the reasons for component selections and design decisions. All intellectual property resulting from this project will be the property of the employer (entity/person posting the project).
