I'm looking for andruino filling machine for small bottle. Scale base device. requirements:
1. PCB (bom, gerber) design and code design (Arduino)
2. Device control over touch screen (2-4 inch), on screen, current weight, target weight , tare, set target weight (+1/-1, +10/-10), fill button, stop button
3. need to work with pump (5-10 seconds for 120ml) ma filing value is 1000ml (g)
4. need to work with scale
5. on power up welcome logo on screen
6. proximity sensor, prevent to fill when there is no bottle, prevent to fill again same botle (bottle need to be taken from scale and new bottle need to be placed (it can be done by proximity sensor or just scale)
7. on screen messages, place bottle (if no bottle), remove bottle (after filling), filling, filling done
you need to provide: pcb design, code, part list, assembly manual

1. Arduino nano or ESP (best ESP wroom 38pin)
2. Touch screen (2.4 inch ILI9341)
3. IR Infrared Obstacle Avoidance Sensor
4. HX711 module and load cell 1kg
5. QR30E DC 12V 4.2W 240L/H pump
Idea of working: on screen you set filling as grams, for example 100 grams by using +/- buttons, you place bottle on scale, press tare button on screen (to tare scale to 0g), you press start button to fill 100g, after filling 100g you need to remove bottle. You can not fill again same bottle, you can not fill when there is no bottle.
