Write manufacturing specifications for an electronic musical instrument

Hello! I build digital organs (Like Hammonds, with two or more keyboards), and need to build manufacturing documentation, for the furniture and electronics. I have several parts done, like the cabinet and controllers in Fusion 360, pcbs in Altium, but need a complete assembly guide, with plans with views, etc.
The instrument is open source, you can see how it looks at openpipes.org.
