With Kicad and GIT, design Arduino Nano breakout board for TMC5160_HV

Job ID: 35255422

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Project Scope:

Function Description:

Breakout/control board with Arduino Nano socket and two stepper motor drivers: TMC5160_HV

Input Voltage:
Motor voltage: ~42VDC

Input signals:
For each stepper driver: Step pin, Dir pin, Sleep pin and GND.

Output:
2x 4 pins connectors for stepper motors.

General requirement:
Project requirement:
Your bitbucket email account will be added to a forked version of followcamsolutions tmc5160_breakout base project.
Project have to be developed with usage of GIT, commits to be pushed to bitbucket.org account.
All parts used, have to be in stock at digikey.com
All symbols, footprints, 3d step files, to be stored in project_lib.
(Project have to work on a clean installed kicad version without any libraries installed)
3D step file required for all components. If parts is only pinsocket, it is required to add step file to part.
fx adding arduino nano step file to pinsocket footprint for nano.
Kicad version 6.0.

Schematic requirement:
All symbols is required to have:
Digikey part number/ DPN
Manufacturer part number / MPN.

PCB requirement:
2 layer pcb.
Only 45% bend for pcb traces.
Rounded corners, radius = 2.5mm
Corner holes, radius = 1.5mm
max size: 60mm x 90mm

Componet requirements:
Arduino:
