Wind Generator Circuit Design & Generator Simulation

Job ID: 38800423

Budget: €30 – €250 EUR

Project Scope and Requirements

1. Electronic Circuit Design
I need a detailed design for an electronic circuit tailored to this system. This includes:
Technical specifications and standard component names.
Recommendations for sourcing all components from European sellers, specifically Amazon Europe or other companies based in Europe.

2. Generator/Motor Simulation
Provide a simulation of the generator to verify functionality.
Supply the simulation files so I can review and replicate the results.

System Details

System A

Comprises five generators: a1, a2, a3, a4, a5.
The System A produce up to 70W (actual output depends on wind conditions).
All generators (a1–a5) will be connected in series, which will:
Increase the voltage while keeping the current constant.

System B

Similarly comprises five generators: b1, b2, b3, b4, b5.
The System B produce up to 70W (actual output depends on wind conditions).
All generators (b1–b5) will also be connected in series to:
Increase the voltage while keeping the current constant.

Global System (System Dad)

Systems A and B will be connected in series to further:
Increase the voltage while maintaining constant current.
The combined output will be connected to either:
A grid, or A charge controller.

Design Considerations
Generator Specifications

Type: Axial flux coreless permanent magnet generator.
Magnet Requirements:
Outer diameter: 24mm (max).
Inner diameter: 8mm (min).
Thickness: Flexible; please recommend the optimal thickness.
Material: Specify the most suitable magnet material for this application.
Coil Specifications:
Coil wire diameter.
Number of turns per coil and the total number of coils.
Material of the coil wire.
Gap between magnets and coils.
Poles: Specify the number of poles required for the magnet.
Electrical System
the generator should ideally produce 15 W for 200 RPM.

Each system (A and B) will have five generators.
Ensure adherence to CE and other relevant European standards, including:
Electrical safety.
Wire diameter specifications.
Provide official references to CE or other European standards for any design decisions.
Design should prioritize higher voltage and lower current to minimize wire diameter.

Power Output
Each system should aim for an output of approximately 70W.
Voltage and current can be flexible, but the systems will be connected in series, so the current must remain consistent across the setup.

Simulation and Documentation
Provide a simulation of the generator design.
Include all simulation files to allow me to replicate and verify the results.
Specify:
Magnet dimensions and material.
Coil windings (wire gauge, number of turns, material).
Gap between coils and magnets.
Number of poles.

Key Notes
Compliance: The design must meet CE and other European standards for electrical systems, safety, and wire specifications.
Documentation: Provide supporting documentation or references for all standards and design choices.
Flexibility: While I understand that some requirements may need adjustments, please ensure any deviations are justified with logical reasoning.
