Update KiCad Schematic and PCB: Change ublox to nRF9151
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I'm looking for a skilled PCB designer with experience in KiCad to update an existing schematic and PCB for me, swapping out a ublox modem for an nRF9151. It is absolutely critical that the pins on the PCI connection do not change as this board is used in an existing device.
Key responsibilities:
- Update the existing KiCad schematic and PCB to replace the ublox modem with the nRF9151.
- You must consult the NRF9151DK hardware design schematics to ensure the appropriate debug pins are exposed.
- Make sure any extra components are added.
- If required, add a TXB level converter on the underside of the board to translate 1.8V uart to 3.3V
- Include an optional antenna on the pci board, part number 478-P822601TR-ND
Ideal qualifications:
- Proficiency in KiCad.
- Prior experience working with ublox modems and nRF9151.
- Strong understanding of PCB design principles.
- Ability to read datasheet and interpret requirements.
- Ability to cross reference against the development kit design
