Design a Compact LED PCB Powered via USB-C with OTG Support

Description:
I need a simple, custom PCB designed for a camera lighting setup. The deliverables must include the schematic, PCB layout, Gerber files, and a complete BOM (with parts available on Digi-Key or Mouser).

Function:
The PCB provides supporting light for a camera setup using 8 white LEDs. It must be powered via 5V supplied from a smartphone over a USB-C connection. Once connected via a short cable with the phone, the 8 LEDs are on. OTG functionality must be supported to ensure power delivery from the phone.

Requirements:

Power Input:
- USB-C female connector on the back side of the PCB.
- Must allow 5V power from a smartphone via USB-C.
- OTG mode must be supported (e.g., correct resistor configuration on CC lines to allow phone to act as power source).

Lighting:
- 8 × WL-SWTP SMT White Top view PLCC (Part No: 158303260A) LEDs.
- Each LED driven at 30mA.
- LEDs mounted on the front side of the PCB.

PCB Layout:
- Dimensions: 26mm × 35mm.
- A rectangular central opening: 18mm × 18mm.
- LEDs arranged around this opening at regular distances, as close as possible to the edge of the opening while allowing for manufacturability.
- Placement details (including LED and connector position) are shown in an included 3D STEP file.

Deliverables:
• Schematic (.pdf + source)
• PCB layout files (Layout must comply with 3D model)
• All necessary Gerber files for manufacturing
• BOM with order links for Digi-Key or Mouser
