Project Description:
I am looking for an experienced electronics engineer to design a complete 1000W pure sine wave UPS system with the following modules:
1. 1000W Transformerless Pure Sine Wave Inverter - No transformer (transformerless design)
• Input: 12V DC
• Output: 220V AC, 50-60Hz, pure sine wave
• Include all necessary protections:
o Overload protection
o Low battery shutdown
o Optional temperature sensor to control cooling fan
• Deliverables: Full schematic and PCB layout
2. 5–10A Switching Battery Charger
• No transformer (switching mode design)
• For sealed lead-acid batteries
• Include automatic cutoff when battery is fully charged
• Deliverables: Full schematic and PCB layout
3. Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS)
• Switches between mains power and inverter when power outage occurs
• Capable of handling up to 1000W load
• Can be relay-based or MOSFET-based design
• Deliverables: Full schematic and PCB layout
Design Requirements:
• All three modules must be separate boards connected through heavy-duty terminals and wires
• Include LED or LCD display to show battery status and inverter status (designer’s suggestion is welcome)
• PCB design must be created in Altium Designer, KiCad, or EasyEDA
• Provide complete project files: schematic, PCB, and Gerber files
Skills Required:
• Power electronics design
• PCB design in Altium, KiCad, or EasyEDA
• Experience with inverter, charger, and ATS circuits
Deliverables:
• Schematic diagrams for all three modules
• PCB layouts for all three modules
• Gerber files ready for manufacturing
• Bill of Materials (BOM)
