Smart PCB Design for Lilygo Integration
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am seeking a skilled PCB designer who can create a board based on my rough mockup. The PCB needs to fit on top of a Lilygo T SIM7000G and connect to its pin holes as a sandwich construction.
Key Requirements:
- The PCB must replicate the same voltages and functions as my mockup while using a more efficient and intelligent design.
- Power optimization is critical. When the Lilygo is in sleep mode, no power should be drawn from the PCB.
- Design must incorporate specific rs485 and rs232 to connect sensors/modules from my mockup all connections including 5v, 12v as well as ADCs with resistors, rs232 and rs485 must go out to screw terminals on the pcb.
Ideal Skills:
- Extensive experience in PCB design and schematics.
- Familiarity with power management components like LDOs and MOSFETs.
- Ability to create a comprehensive Bill of Materials (BOM).
- Knowledge in optimizing power usage for sleep modes.
Look at attached, since that was made, i added an rs232 module to pin 21 and 23 and keep in mind whatever activate the step ups/ mosfets MUST be 3.3v and must be able to activate on low current.
The output on the 12v is max 2 A
The output on 5v is simply to power the rs485 since it does not work well with 3.3v logic
I only pay through freelancer and expect the bid to reflect the total cost of the project without additional fees or negotiations outside the platform.
This should be quite simple to achieve for the right person, since its rather simple setup, since we use the lilygo as ground for the pcb design
