Smart Building PCB Design
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I'm looking for an experienced PCB designer to create a compact and production-ready PCB for a Smart Building Monitoring System. The system uses an Arduino UNO (ATmega328P), an ESP8266 (ESP-01), an SD card module, and several analog/digital sensors. The system is powered by two 18650 Li-ion batteries in series (3.7V) with a 2S BMS, stepped down using LM2596S (5V) and LM1117T-3.3 regulators.
Key Requirements:
Microcontroller: Arduino UNO (ATmega328P)
Wi-Fi Module: ESP8266 (ESP-01)
Sensors:
LDR (Light Sensor, analog)
PIR (Motion Sensor, digital interrupt)
DHT22 (Temp & Humidity Sensor)
KY-037 (Sound Sensor)
ACS712-5A (Current Sensor)
Modules:
SD Card Module (SPI: D10-D13)
Power Management:
2x 18650 batteries in series (3.7V)

Complete schematic diagram (Altium Designer preferred, EasyEDA accepted)
Fully routed 2-layer PCB layout
Optimized for compact size (100mm x 80mm max)
Clear component labeling and silkscreen with project name
Output files:
Schematic + PCB source files
Gerber files
BOM (Bill of Materials)
3D view (optional but preferred)
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PCB design software
- Experience with Arduino and ESP8266
- Knowledge of sensor integration
- Familiarity with battery-powered circuit design
- Strong understanding of WiFi communication protocols
