Small modifications to PCB in Altium -- 2

We have a PCB designed in Altium that requires a few simple modifications (just removing things and adding headers). The schematics is mostly updated and we need the layout to be updated. This should be a very quick job for someone experienced with Altium. Please apply only if you can do that job quickly.
