Small modifications to PCB in Altium

We have a working PCB project in Altium (schematics + layout) which needs small modifications. It's only connectors to change/move and some headers to add. The full list of changes will be provided, no design work involved. The final project must be clean so we can generate the gerbers and parts list from it. We are looking for someone experienced with Altium and this may lead to more work with us.
