Single-layer PCB Design & Gerber Creation

I'm working on a prototype project and need a freelancer who can design a single-layer PCB and create a Gerber file using KiCad. The freelancer will also assist in ordering the PCB through jlcpcb.com.

Key requirements:
- Proficiency in KiCad for PCB design
- Experience in creating Gerber files
- Familiarity with jlcpcb.com for PCB ordering
- Previous work on prototype PCB projects

Project:

I want to have a PCB with:
- ESP32 inside (ESP32-C6-WROOM-1);
- 8 "binary in" GPIO pins + 1 common ground;
- 12 "binary out" GPIO pins to control external 24V LED diodes (10 mA) + 1 common ground;
- USB for programming;
- 1 simple LED on the PCB, for internal debugging purposes;
- 2 pins for power supply.

External 24V LEDs are powered from external 24V source - the PCB performs only relay function. 24 volts are incoming and either routed to the "output" or not, according to software on ESP32.

24V power comes from 3.3V Li-Ion battery (CR123) via voltage upscaler. It can be external device, it can be part of this PCB - this is optional.

Preferential physical size of PCB 55x20 mm (or smaller) - physical size is important, it should be as small as possible.

Explanation of the idea - this is simple game controller. 8 physical buttons control 8 LEDs. Which button controls which LED - this is defined in ESP software.

I want you to design and then to manufacture the PCB.
