Simple PCB Design for PCBway

I'm looking for a skilled PCB designer to create a simple, yet efficient printed circuit board for me.
Key Requirements:
- The PCB should house only a few components - hence, the project falls under the 'Simple' complexity level.
- The design should be efficient and compact.
- Experience creating PCBs for manufacturing is a plus.
I am looking for a PCB that does the following. It will have a simple display that shows a timer. The PCB should fit on the front of the attached enclosure. It will fit on the left side. The function of the PCB is very simple which is to have 6 buttons. It will have a button 10, 20, 40, 60 and up and down. If someone presses the 10 minute a timer will go on for 10 minutes in which a 12v solenoid will be powered. When the timer is done then the solenoid will be turned off. When user presses 10 minute button it will start the timer right away. Same for 20, 40, and 60 which are minutes. User can press up or down during a session to increase or decrease the minutes, one minute at a time.
THe PCB board should fit on the enclosure. You will also need to edit the dwb or step file attached for the enclosure so there are holes for mounting and the buttons.
Additionally you will help me upload the PCB design and BOM on pcbway. They will create the PCB and also assemble it. We will use parts that they have in stock to speed up time.
And finally you will write the code for the processor to perform the simple functions.
