Schema and PCB layout

Job ID: 37401171

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

I am looking for someone to help with the schema and PCB layout for my project. The project is relatively simple, with a small-sized PCB (about half size matchbox. I require the PCB design to be compatible with KiCad software.

Ideal skills and experience for the job include:
- Proficiency in schema and PCB layout design
- Experience with KiCad software
- Understanding of small-sized PCB design

Project description:
1) I am going to have a small tiltsensor for detection vibration and tilt based on ST’s LSM6DSO16IS (alt ISM330IS).

2) In addition I need to add an isoSPI interface (slave mode), so my controller i the other end can talk to the LSM6DSO16IS. The chip I am thinking of is the L9963T also from ST og the LTC6820.

3) I need a wide input DC/DC buck converter. Eg. XL7005A 80V 0.4A og MAX5033 Buck Regulator.
Tuned for 3.3V output.

4) Finally an RJ48 plug with 120ohm terminating resistor between the two signal RJ45_ pins 4 and 5. And powersupply on pin 7 (GND) and pin 8 (5--56V). You must also se if you can find the signal transformer, e.g. from reference designs

The PCB Must be as small as possible. Plan is to “bake” into expoxy and fastening into to a steelplate.
In the center of the PCB there must be at least an 13mm dia. Hole for the M12 (hrough hole) fastening bolt.

The files for the components are included.

If you have the necessary skills and experience, please submit your proposal.
