STM32MP15x PCB design
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 USD
We are looking to manufacture some PCBs based on the STM32MP15x microprocessor. The board would come in two variants for two different products however the majority of the board (say 90%) would be identical.
The board would have the following basic features:
- STM32MP15x CPU
- SDRAM
- eMMC flash
- Power IC with LiPo charging
- Audio Codec / Amp
- USB Ports
- LAN
Board Variants:
- HDMI (variant 1) or LVDS/MIPI (variant 2 - TBC)
- Audio In (variant 1) or Out (variant 2 - with speaker connection)
What we would want from you:
- Schematic Design and Optimisation
- PCB design and optimisation for mass production
- All gerbers and BOMs for production
- Advice and quotations from PCB/PCBA suppliers
- After project modifications (where required - your mistake it is free, we make a change then we will pay)
- All source files to be delivered and PDFs
We would want a budget price to start with and advice from you on how to proceed (especially seeing the current chip shortages and general long term SDRAM availability). We are looking to commence work early in the new year - at the latest January 10th however we can accommodate your program. We have allowed for a completed design with all revisions finalised by end Feb and prototypes manufactured and in our hands by mid April. Any earlier is of course a bonus. Full production is due to commence as soon as the STM32 and SDRAM chip availability and pricing improves to a sensible level.
