STM8 Board Design for GPS & Speaker

I'm seeking a skilled hardware and firmware engineer to design an STM8 board that interfaces with a GPS and a speaker. The primary function of this project is to have the speaker announce pre-recorded messages at specific locations.

Key project requirements:
- Design of the STM8 board hardware.
- Firmware development for the STM8 board.
- Interface design for the GPS and speaker.
- Implementation of internal storage for pre-recorded messages.

Ideal candidates for this project should have extensive experience in hardware design and firmware development specifically with STM8 boards. Familiarity with GPS integration and audio output systems is a plus. Your ability to design for internal storage will also be critical to the success of this project. Please provide examples of similar projects you've worked on in your proposal.

I need audio announcement to be made for following condition

1. If speed from GPS > x km/hr and time is between specific period play audio 1
2. If speed > y km/hr than play audio 2
3. If accleration > a play audio 3
4, If acceleration < b play audio 4
5. If turn angle > z play audio 5

I want BOM cost to be min and need this completed in 1 week period. I will need a prototype board and you need to guide my team to assemble a test board. My budget for this work is around 5000 INR max. I will prefer if someone is in India. I am open to use any other low cost solution also but planning to keep overall hardware cost without speaker in the range of 200INR to 450 INR
