Rockchip RK3566 PCB Design (Only China or HK)

Hello. I need a custom ARM PCB design having below:

- CPU: Rockchip RK3566. RAM 1/2GB LPDDR, eMMC 8GB
- Wireless: WiFi+BT and RF
- IO: USB-C (2.0), USB-C (3.0), SD Card, MIPI-DSI, Some GPIO
- Sensor: (Ambient Light and Microphone)
- Battery: Li-Po 3500mAH
- Other: Push-Button Control, LED, Buzzer etc
- Dimension: Around 3.25 Inch x 2.25 Inch
- Tool: Altium Designer (latest)

Must be based on China (Shenzhen preferred) or Hong Kong.
