Review new PCB design/components for best practices & power efficiency
Budget: $100 – $400 CAD
I have produced a new schematic and PCB design based upon components in stock, power requirements, and size. The board has a ESP32-S2 MCU, and drives a 5V 4A daughter board via SPI. The challenge is I need 2 LIPOs in series to power, charge, and measure and I have no idea if i've selected appropriate PMICs, components, or trace widths. I can provide all datasheets and KiCad project files. PCB is 85mm x 57mm, and approximately 80 SMD footprints (20 R, 25 C, 7 IC components) are in scope.
