Review a PCB Schematic and provide a report for improvement/verification

I am looking for an experienced engineer or PCB designer to review and provide a report on an intermediate level PCB schematic. The involvement of an engineer in the review process is optional. The preferred report format is a text document.

Requirements:
- Experience in reviewing PCB schematics at an intermediate level
- Strong knowledge of PCB design principles and best practices
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and provide detailed recommendations
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
- Excellent written communication skills to deliver a clear and concise report

Responsibilities:
- Review the PCB schematic for accuracy, functionality, and adherence to design guidelines
- Identify any potential errors, design flaws, or areas for improvement
- Provide a comprehensive report outlining the findings and recommendations
- Address any concerns or questions from the client regarding the schematic

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
- Proven experience in PCB design and review
- Proficiency in PCB design software such as Altium Designer or Eagle
- Knowledge of signal integrity, power distribution, and EMI/EMC considerations
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines
