Request for quotation – ultra-compact custom PCB design with ESP32 and DC power supply

Hello,
I am looking for a professional to design a custom PCB (no firmware development required). The requirements are:
• ESP32 (with boot/reset buttons)
• USB-C port for power supply and firmware programming (PlatformIO)
• DC power input (range 3.3–36V)
• Ethernet port with PoE (Power over Ethernet) support
• Adjustable DC output (using a trimmer or similar, to power external devices from 3.3V to 36V)
• 2 ultra-compact relays, controlled by the ESP32 and opto-isolated
• 2 inputs for Wiegand readers
• Socket for future connection of a GPIO expander

The PCB design must be ultra-compact.

I need:
• Schematics and Gerber files ready for manufacturing
• Complete Bill of Materials (BOM)
• Possible support for prototyping

I do not want automatic or bot-generated offers. Only genuine proposals based on my specifications will be considered. I will not accept later negotiations or price changes.

The firmware will be developed by myself.
Please include estimated timeline, total cost, and number of included revisions.
