Redesign PCB

Looking to find someone who can redesign a simple PCB board. The PCB is used to take inputs (manually or electronically) and trigger an event. There is CR2 battery that is used to trigger the event. We are also looking for monitoring of battery life using a simple red/green LEDs. However, nothing is set in stone so we would be looking for your expertise and what is industry standard when redesigning this board.

Must haves:
Must be able to provide drawings and BOMS
Experience with Altium or equivalent design software
