Prototyping PCB Design for parcel delivery box

I'm in need of a PCB designed for prototyping purposes.
Description.
This system will be used to scan a barcode, display results and open the lock. This is all “off grid” so batteries and a solar panel are used. The system shuts down in sleep mode or completely powers off. I want the system to work for 3 months without recharging. Via a button connected to reset and/or latching switch the system will wake up/start up. The system will start up approx 3 times a week.
Modules used:
Scanner: Marson MT82AG (integration document attached)
Display: oled I2C SSD1309 (link)
Cabinet lock: 3.3v 1a solenoid lock (link)
