Propose a solution to rotate a turntable at 16 RPM

Job ID: 37802654

Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR

Note: Please apply only if you have experience with small motors commonly available in the Indian market.

I only need a rough sketch or an idea. I will do the designing on my own.

So, I have completed the rough design of the turntable and I need help with a solution to rotate this turntable at 16RPM with a motor. I need a solution which will work in a production turntable.

Design in order of preference:
1. Designs that do not require any manufacturing and only needs to purchase readily available parts from the market.
2. Any other design that requires manufacturing like gears, PCB etc. If you're proposing a solution that requires manufacturing, then you should know how much it would cost to produce say 100 pieces of it.

Some specifications and requirements:
1. The disk that this motor will be rotating is around 3KG and of 170cm diameter.
2. There is no weight kept on the motor's shaft as all the weight is offloaded onto a bearing that is fitted in the chassis which holds the disk on top of it.
3. The motor will just be producing angular torque to rotate it.
4. The bearing is a lazy Susan turntable bearing as shown in the picture and has some friction while rotating so consider that if you're calculating angular torque.
5. The disk should rotates at 16RPM.
6. Power source: Access to a electricity is available so you're free to use any power source. The motor should be electricity operated.
7. The solution (if with gears) should NOT make audible noise which cannot be dampened with sound absorbing materials.
8. The motor will be running daily continuously for 12 hours.
9. The motor should have a life span of around 5-10 years and be high quality.
10. The proposed motor or solution should be production-feasible and at optimal cost without compromising quality.
11. Transmission of power from shaft of motor to turning disk should also be a part of your rough sketch.
12. The motor should not cause heavy vibration into the system.
13. The motor can sit on the X shaped motor mount that I have added in the design (refer photos). This can be removed if your solution doesn't need it.

PS: I can share the step file if needed. Although I doubt so.
