Passive PoE Power Removal Dongle

Need to create a circuit board (schematics plus PCB layout) that receives an RJ45 Ethernet signal, removes the passive PoE 48VDC power and provides a Ethernet signal output. I will provide you a schematic that injects the 48VDC onto the Ethernet signal. I will provide you drawings of the plastic enclosure. And, I will provide you a sketch of how this dongle will look as a block diagram. All work must be done in Altium.
