PCIe x16 Quad Bifurcation Breakout PCB
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a PCB layout produced and delivered in a compatible Circuit Studio format. The board will act as a four-slot bifurcation breakout for a PCIe x16 edge connector. Key parameters you should work to:
• Form-factor: custom 100 mm × 80 mm, two-layer copper.
• Material: standard FR-4.
• Both boards must support full lane bifurcation from a single x16 input to four downstream connectors and keep differential-pair routing length-matched and impedance-controlled.
Two GPU spaced PCIE16x connectors on one side, two GPU spaced PCIE16x connectors on one other. see sketch. PCB footprint MUST be minimized for airflow reasons( board may be perpendicular to colling airflow.) add PCIE edge connector(90º optional, do not include in V1.0). board is "reversed breakout" 16x to 4x4x4x4x bifurcation, see diagram.
Expect to hand over the complete Circuit Studio project folders, ready for manufacture: schematic, PCB file, BOM, and generated Gerber/NC drill set. I will validate by loading the CS files directly and running a quick DRC, so please keep all layers, design rules, and net classes intact.
If anything in the brief needs clarification—connector footprints, mounting holes, minimum trace/space—let me know early so the first revision passes review.
