PCB trace routing with Kicad

Hello,

For a personal project - this is my personal money - I need a PCB designer working under Kicad.
The project consists of designing a small PCB (100x20mm), called the Belt, made of 16 interconnecting micro-connectors in a bus style.
The schematic and footprints for the Belt are already available (under Kicad) so the main task consists in doing PCB traces routing.
For testing purpose of the Belt, it is also required to design a simple Test module PCB (22x22mm) that connects to one of the micro-connectors to presents the pins with a standard 2.54mm pin headers.

The tasks are:
1)schematics review
2)propose and agree on design rules
3)place components and route the traces
4)add labels and identifiers
5)design of the Test module PCB
6)provide support when dealing with the PCB manufacturer during the PCB fabrication

Deliverables:
-Kicad source files for the Belt PCB and the Test module PCB
-generated design/layout files for the Belt PCB and the Test module PCB

Candidates should have strong development experience in PCB route tracing and with Kicad.
