PCB redesign
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
This project is for the updating of preexisting Gerber files for 3 PCB boards that are used as part of battery design. The objective is update the design to withstand high amperage/voltage when connected in parallel/series.
Board one is 1S7P configuration (parallel connection board
Board two is 7S1P configuration (series connection board)
Board three is an Omni board that allows either parallel or series on the same board (using different layers)
What I need to get done is:
1) redesign boards for appropriate voltage/current increase when connected with each other (up to 48v and 150 amps) while keeping the same compact footprint
2) Ensure that the boards are labeled correctly
3) Add design and parts to connect multiple boards together with ease and safety
4) Produce appropriate BOM file
5) Produce appropriate CPL file
