PCB layout Design
Budget: $750 – $1,500 USD
The project consists of two boards 105X80mm each that will be stacked into a single enclosure. The first board has a three-phase metering chip (RN8302B), three relays, a SIM800C GPRS modem, and several pluggable terminal blocks.
The seconds board has an STM32 QPF48 MCU, three optocouplers, two digital isolators, an RS485 transceiver, B0505S Dc/DC converters and 2 LDOs.
The two boards are connected by a 30-pin, 1.27mm pitch, flat cable.
Schematics in Altium Designer format are complete with footprints assigned to components and footprint libraries ready. The board mechanical DWG file is also available.
Design shall adhere to the manufacturing capabilities of JLCPCB for two-layer PCBs.
Deliverables:
two-layer layout files of the two boards in Altium Designer format.
