PCB for Trailer Light Tester
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am in need of a PCB design for a trailer light tester. The design required is a single-sided PCB, with dimensions within a specific size range. The components to be used in the tester will be a mix of standard and custom components.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- PCB design experience
- Knowledge of single-sided PCBs
- Understanding of component selection and integration
- Ability to work within size constraints
Functions of PCB
Power in (FIgure A) (12V DC Rechargeable Battery)
POWER OUT
- Battery Level Indicator (Figure B)
The battery level indicator will be monitoring the battery power and will display this on three LED lights. 100%-60% (green), 59%-30% (yellow), 29%-10% (red)
- Left Switch (Figure C)
When switch is pressed, send power out, and if the circuit is good, display this by turning on a green LED, Also display battery level when switch is pressed
- Right Switch (Figure D)
When switch is pressed, send power out, and if the circuit is good, display this by turning on a green LED, Also display battery level when switch is pressed
- Running Switch (Figure E)
When switch is pressed, send power out, and if the circuit is good, display this by turning on a green LED, Also display battery level when switch is pressed
- Ground (Figure F) (Neutral)
- Mounting hole (Figure G)
Size Requirements:
The size of the PCB is really flexible, the mounting holes I would like to be 0.116 in. in diameter and on opposite corners of a 1 in. by 1 in. square. The placement of these holes is flexible as well, just let me know if they need to be moved.
I have attached pictures showing where I'd ideally like the wires and mounting holes. In each up closer view of each figure I have the wire length and color listed
