PCB designing

I am looking for someone to design a Printed Circuit Board (PCB) for industrial equipment. I have specific components in mind, but am open to design suggestions. I do not have a preferred software for the design, so I am open to any suggestions from the Freelancer. This project ideally should be very detailed, taking into account all the necessary components, as well as durability and performance factors that are specific to the industrial equipment the PCB will be used in.
