PCB design translation

We have a PCB file that has been designed using Mentor PADS (.pcb file) that needs to be translated to Altium (pcbdoc file). We are looking for someone who has both PADS and Altium software packages to perform the export of the .ASC (binary PCB layout) and .d (decal footprint library) files from PADS and import into Altium to produce the .pcbdoc file.

The board is a small and simple 2 layer PCB
