PCB design for 16x16 LED matrix
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I would a like a PCB designed in a suitable software package which will allow the creation of a few prototype boards.
The PCB is to allow the testing of a 16x16 lamp matrix, the voltage is around 44v DC, and a 16x16 LED matrix, the voltage is around 12v DC. So hopefully one design will allow the testing of both circuits.
The PCB will feature 4 x 8x8 LED Matrix displays such as this one here.

These will be laid out 2x2 to create a 16x16 display.
The circuit does not require any IC / logic controllers, the LED's will driven directly via a 16 break out connector, possibly a 2 row 16 way IDC.
