PCB design RF Splitter 1:4 PCB design in Proteus 8 according to electrical drawing and attached mechanical dimensions
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I am looking for a skilled PCB designer who can create a 1:4 RF splitter PCB design in Proteus 8. The project requires expertise in RF and PCB design.
Requirements:
- Frequency range: 1.5-1.6 GHz
- Insertion loss: according to the given electrical drawing
- PCB dimensions: specific dimensions provided
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Proteus 8 for PCB design
- Strong knowledge of RF design principles
- Experience in designing RF splitters
- Attention to detail and ability to work with specific dimensions
1. Should be design to support two types of SMA Edge Mount
2. lines 50 ohms. Our production plans involve using standard FR4 without impedance control. We are considering a preference for 2 layers, potentially extending to 4 layers if required,
3. Capacitor Size: The physical dimensions of the capacitors have intentionally been left undefined to allow for adjustment based on pad width. Capacitors are 4.7 nano.
Mechanical Design: The initial mechanical layout includes SMA connectors. However, the dimensions provided for the circuit exclude these connectors (currently sized at 100mm X 40mm).
PCB width Dimensions flexibility.
Mechanical Dimensions: Determined by the box designer, the circuit dimensions are contingent upon panel adaptation. Notably, the following adjustments can be made to reduce size and manufacturing price:
Possible adjustments
You can reduce the width if it too large .
To reduce length, you can:
o relocate the two connectors (S and P4)
o relocate of screw holes within the circuit to reduce length.
All screw holes are plated and connected to the ground.
If you are confident in your abilities to meet these requirements, please submit your proposal.
