PCB design, Custom USB 3.0 host card (Kicad preferred)

Looking for help with designing a custom PCIE to USB3 host PCB. The unique thing about this board is that it needs to have 4 dedicated USB 3 host controllers, connect to an M.2 slot and have a specific shape as it's intended for a specific embedded computer, an Odroid H2 https://www.hardkernel.com/shop/odroid-h2plus/
It would be similar in function to this Hipoint PCIE card as it has 4 dedicated controllers https://www.highpoint-tech.com/USA_new/series-ru1144d-overview.htm. It would be simpler as this does not require the PLX chip, It's intended for the Odroid H2 which supports PCIE bifurcation so each PCIE lane can go directly to a controller. A network card is made by Odroid with a similar idea as it plugs into the M.2 slot and provides dedicated 2.5gbe controllers https://wiki.odroid.com/accessory/connectivity/h2_net_card. Documentation and cad files for that netcard are available in that link, this board will need to use a very similar shape.
