PCB Re-design

I need someone to redraw a simple schematic (65 components) from a pdf file to a project in Altium and then recreate .The project will last for a period of one to three months, depending on the complexity of the redesign. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of PCB design and electrical engineering, and have experience with software such as Eagle and Altium Designer.
