PCB board schematic designer

Looking for a drawings of a PCB board to be able to send to manufactures to build. This board will have 4 sensors ( I will provide sensor schematics ) Be cellular and wifi capable. Preferably with removable terminal blocks. 24 volt VAC power supply. 4 - 24 vdc outputs. ESP chip.
